The clayey and calcareous soil and the mainly southern exposure constitute a condition of excellence for the olive tree, and in particular for the native cultivars present: frantoio, moraiolo, leccino and dolce agogia. The extra virgin olive oil produced by the company is certified and labeled organic in accordance with regulation (EC) n. 834/2007 and has the DOP Umbria Colli del Trasimeno brand.
