Near the village of Salci, we offer for sale a large farmhouse to be completed. The farmhouse has recently undergone a conservative renovation of the structure which led to the reconstruction of the roof and the intermediate floor and does not present structural problems on the load-bearing walls. Città della Pieve is a historic village, located on a hill with excellent exposure towards Monte Cetona and on the opposite side it dominates the valley of Lake Trasimeno. The historic center is one of the rare examples of villages equipped with all the services already inside or in the immediate vicinity of the ancient walls. The village of Città della Pieve has been repeatedly listed among the most beautiful in Italy. Access to the motorway is particularly easy as it is halfway between the toll booths of Chiusi and Fabro. The airports of Rome Fiumicino (190 km), Florence (145 km), Pisa (210 km) are easily reachable.
