Farmhouses of the great oak tree

Overlooking the pristine green of a lush valley and the blue of the large pool, stands this enchanting all-stone property. It consists of two independent farmhouses, joined together by a passageway covered by a roof and glass windows. The houses were entirely renovated in 2008. The main one, currently used as a home, is on two levels. In the sleeping area, heating is via radiators. Throughout the farmhouse there are the typical elements of Umbrian/Tuscan country houses, with wooden beams and tiles on the ceiling and original tiles as the floor. The farmhouse intended for guests or used as a vacation home, stands right in front of the large swimming pool. On the first floor there is a living room with panoramic views and wood stove, a large covered terrace where you can spend pleasant moments outdoors and enjoy the landscape, as well as two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has a large terrace and panoramic views. The property is completed by the large pool, with salt water and heated, equipped with a thermal towel to prevent the water from getting cold at night, and a meticulously maintained outdoor area with plants and flowers of the area. 

The property is located in the municipality of Città di Castello (Umbria), but a few kilometers from Tuscany. In a hilly position, very panoramic and in the midst of blooming nature, it is convenient to reach by a short stretch of unpaved road. It is only 4 km from the nearest town for essential supplies. Città di Castello is 22 km away, Umbertide 25 km, Cortona 25 km, Lake Trasimeno 34 km, Arezzo 61 km, Perugia 55 km, Assisi 66 km, Spoleto 107 km, Florence 135 km, Rome 225 km.
